1. No right of withdrawal for digital products
According to the Danish Consumer Contracts Act § 18, section 2, no. 13, digital products are exempt from the normal 14-day right of withdrawal as access to the course material is given immediately after purchase.
Therefore, we offer no right of withdrawal after purchase unless otherwise stated in our satisfaction guarantee (see below).
2. Satisfaction guarantee - Possibility of refund
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee where you can request a refund if the course does not meet your expectations.
Refund policy:
You must request a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase.
You must not have completed more than 5% of the course (measured via our course platform).
Refunds only apply to your first purchase (not repeat purchases).
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we believe the guarantee is being abused (e.g. attempting to complete the course and then get a refund).
3. How do you request a refund?
To request a refund, follow these steps:
Send an email to kontakt@onlineerhverv.dk with the subject "Refund Request".
Include your order number and the email you used for purchase.
Briefly explain why you want a refund (optional, but helps us improve courses).
We process refunds within 5 business days and the amount will be refunded via the same payment method you used for purchase.
4. No refunds on subscriptions and renewals
If you have a subscription (if applicable), your payment will be automatically deducted at each renewal.
We do not refund payments for subscriptions that have already been renewed.
You can cancel your subscription at any time so you will not be charged for the next period. Cancellation is done via your account or by contacting us at kontakt@onlineerhverv.dk.
