When you purchase access to a course on Online Business, you get:
Personal access to course materials (videos, PDFs, guides, etc.).
Access to the course for the specified period (either lifetime access or time-limited, depending on the product).
Updates to the course if included in your plan.
You may not:
Share your account with others.
Copy, resell or distribute course content without written permission.
All prices are in DKK and include VAT unless otherwise specified.
We accept the following payment methods:
Credit/debit card (via Stripe)
MobilePay
Upon successful payment, you will get immediate access to the course unless otherwise specified.
As a digital product, our courses are exempt from the normal 14-day right of withdrawal, cf. section 18(2)(13) of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act.
However, we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee:
All refunds are processed within 5-7 business days via your original payment method.
5.1 No guarantee of results
Online Erhverv offers courses based on best practices in e-commerce, digital marketing and business development. However, we do not guarantee specific results as success depends on the user's own efforts, market situation and other external factors.
5.2 Financial responsibility
We are not responsible for:
Financial losses caused by implementing strategies from our courses.
Drop in traffic, advertising costs or any business consequences.
Changes in third-party tools like Google, Facebook or Wix that may affect your results.
5.3 Technical liability
We strive to keep the platform updated and error-free, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the courses due to technical issues, server crashes or maintenance.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice. Updates will always be available on our website. By continuing to use our platform, you agree to the current terms.
If you sign up for a subscription, your payment method will automatically be charged at each renewal period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account.
Cancellation must be done before the next payment is drawn as we do not refund for already paid periods.
After cancellation, you have access to the courses until the subscription period expires.
Online Erhverv cannot be held responsible for failure to deliver courses or services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters (fire, floods, earthquakes).
Cyber attacks, power outages or server crashes.
Government regulations or legislative changes affecting platform operations.
We strive to respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours, but response times may vary depending on busyness.
